1. About Mictlan Trail

Mictlan Trail is a promotional cocktail trail featuring selected bars and participating venues. Participants can visit participating venues, purchase designated cocktails, collect stamps in their trail passport and work towards earning rewards and qualifying for entry into a prize draw.

The event is organised by Spirit Cartel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 2190816, with its registered office at 104D St. John Street, Clerkenwell, London EC1M 4EH, subject to confirmation that Spirit Cartel Limited is the event organiser.

By participating in Mictlan Trail, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Mictlan Trail is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.
• Participants must comply with the age-verification policies and entry requirements of each participating venue.
• Valid identification may be required to purchase alcoholic drinks or participate in the event.
• Employees of the event organiser, participating venues or other parties directly involved in administering the promotion may be excluded from the prize draw where specified in the applicable promotion rules.

3. How the trail works

• Mictlan Trail features nine designated cocktails across nine participating locations.
• Participants can visit participating venues and purchase the designated cocktail to collect the corresponding stamp in their trail passport.
• Stamps must be collected in accordance with the instructions provided by the event organiser and participating venues.
• Participants are responsible for keeping their trail passport safe and ensuring their stamps are recorded correctly.
• Rewards may be available as participants progress through the trail. The number of stamps required and the reward available at each stage will be communicated through the event website or other official event materials.
• Collecting stamps does not automatically guarantee entry into the prize draw. Participants must complete the stated entry requirements.

4. Rewards and prize draw

Participants who meet the specified requirements may qualify for rewards and entry into the Mictlan Trail prize draw.

The following conditions apply:

• Participants must meet the required stamp threshold and follow the official entry instructions.
• Prize-draw entries must be submitted using the method specified in the event materials, which may include email or Instagram.
• Entries must be received before the published closing date and time. Late, incomplete or invalid entries may be excluded.
• Only eligible entries that meet the stated requirements will be included in the draw.
• The prize, its value, any applicable restrictions and the closing date will be stated in the relevant promotional materials.
• The winner will be selected using the method described in the official prize-draw details and contacted using the information supplied with their entry.
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim the prize within the specified period, the organiser may select an alternative winner in accordance with the published prize-draw rules.
• Prizes are subject to availability and any specific conditions communicated with the prize description. No cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated.

Full prize details, the closing date, entry instructions, winner-selection method and any additional restrictions must be published before the promotion begins.

5. Participating venues and availability

Mictlan Trail takes place at selected participating bars. Venue participation, cocktail availability and opening hours may vary.

The event organiser will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and event information accurate. However, the organiser cannot guarantee that every cocktail, reward or venue will be available at all times.

Participating venues retain responsibility for their own premises, service, opening hours, age verification and compliance with applicable licensing requirements.

6. Responsible drinking

Mictlan Trail is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Participants must comply with applicable laws and the rules of participating venues.

Participants should drink responsibly, consume alcohol in moderation and never feel obliged to purchase or consume alcohol to complete the trail. Participants must not drink and drive.

Participating venues may refuse service where required or permitted by law, including where a customer is underage or appears intoxicated.

7. Acceptable use of the website

The Mictlan Trail website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in connection with the event or prize draw.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, designs, images and other content on the Mictlan Trail website are owned by or licensed to the event organiser or the relevant rights holders.

You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

9. Third-party websites and services

The Mictlan Trail website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms or services. These are provided for convenience, and the event organiser does not control those third-party services or accept responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Where participants submit entries through a third-party platform, including Instagram, they must also comply with that platform's applicable terms and policies.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep the Mictlan Trail website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from errors.

Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, the organiser will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions to third-party services, venue closures or temporary unavailability of website features, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

12. Changes to the event

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to Mictlan Trail where necessary, including changes arising from venue availability, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where a change materially affects the promotion or prize draw, the organiser will take reasonable steps to communicate the change through the official event channels. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant promotional rules.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with Mictlan Trail will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
